Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone
Actioning website and Rightmove/Zoopla/On the Market enquiries
Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings
Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective buyers in highly professional manner
Obtaining feedback from viewings and relaying constructive feedback to sellers.
Prospecting and canvassing to secure new business
Discussing the benefits of using our in-house services to customers
Achieve sales targets and assist others in achievement of targets towards the teams’ goals
The role will include working Saturdays on a rota basis, typically 1 in 2 with a day off during the week.
Conduct valuations and bring new properties to the market.
Chasing up leads and previous valuations to win new instructions.
Dealing with actioning website and Rightmove enquiries
Undertaking regular customer care calls to discuss all points of their marketing and feedback from viewings
On occasion standing in for Branch Manager when on leave
Being a mentor for any junior members of the team and help develop their knowledge base
What we’re looking for:
· A full driving license with access to own transport is essential to this role

Knowledge & Experience
· Experience in customer face to face dealings
· Listing experience within estate agency
· Good local knowledge
· Up to date knowledge of legislation
· Experience in telephone communication
