Customer Service Advisor
York, North Yorkshire
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor to work within our Customer Service team.
As the role mainly involves carrying out outgoing calls, the successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner. Some previous customer service experience would be advantageous and the candidate will be able to positively demonstrate strong communication skills
The role will involve building relationships internally and with customers and striving to meet all customers’ high service expectations. And the successful candidate will be expected to add value to the office and the company.
Key responsibilities include, gathering feedback from existing and prospective clients, carrying out surveys and data input. Understanding customer needs and negotiating a positive result for all parties is an important aspect of the job.
