We are looking for an experienced lettings professional who is driven and hungry for success. This truly is a unique opportunity to manage an office of which has the a highest group lettings turnover. Due to the importance of this role, you already must be a successful lister, a skilled people manager and leader.
As the branch manager you will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers, staff and suppliers and meet their high service expectations. Actively driving the business will be your priority together with efficient staff management of this vibrant office.
Key responsibilities include:
- prospecting for new business
- ensuring effective communication with other divisions to maximise business opportunities
- obtaining new instructions and seeking new business
- staff management
- monitoring budgets or exploring all avenues to maximise revenue
