Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

£2,500 OTE

 

We are currently looking for a full time Lettings Negotiator to join our high performing branch in Leeds city centre. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients and work at a fast pace.

You will work alongside a hardworking friendly team who strive for success and enjoy spending time together outside of work too.

Key Responsibilities:

 Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone

 Actioning website and Rightmove/Zoopla/On the Market enquiries

 Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings

 Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective tenants in highly professional manner

 Receiving and processing applications through to move in

 Prospecting and canvassing to secure new business

 Booking Lettings valuations

 Offering advice to landlords on how to achieve the best rent and also winning the business 

 Selling appropriate insurances/protection to Landlords and Tenants

 Maximising income through third party suppliers

 Achieve sales targets and assist others in achievement of targets towards the teams’ goals.

 The role will include working Saturdays on a rota basis, typically 1 in 4.
