Following continued expansion, we are looking for a full time Sales Negotiator to join our Estate Agency team located in Castleford. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing independent agency which is known for exceptional customer service.

Mon-Fri 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
26 days holiday plus stats and pension scheme
- Provocatively Identify opportunities e.g. to book valuations
- Manage own portfolio of properties from start to completion
- Register potential property purchasers
- Ascertain purchaser’s needs in order to match them to their desired property
- Provide feedback to vendors and purchasers
- Sales negotiation between vendor and purchaser
- Liaise with solicitors/conveyancers and other third parties
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience in estate agency
- Excellent customer service skills
