We are looking for a full time sales manager to work within our busy and successful Pudsey office.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in achieving targets and deadlines as well as the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and third parties. Experience and knowledge of Estate Agency is essential for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out Market Valuations to Target
- Listing Sales Property to target
- Managing the sales process/marketing reviews
- Achieving agreed monthly sales targets
- Generating mortgage and Conveyancing leads
- Will have either Minimum 2 years Sales Negotiating / Sales Valuation experience.
- Confident using IT and Email Systems
- Hold a Full Driving licence
- Ideally Live within 10 Miles of LS28
