Is it the look of an office, the shine of the property brochure, the price of the house or the manner of the agent that makes us pick one estate agent over another? We believe that it is about the people and the quality of service offered, however, when selling, letting, buying or renting a premium property of the finest kind you should expect the very best in presentation and marketing - from property window displays and a stylish and inviting branch to perfectly targeted advertising.
Hunters Exclusive is an offshoot of the Hunters brand that allows our vendors and landlords to showcase their homes in a style befitting their individuality, style and beauty.
Properties that fall under our Exclusive banner are those that really tick the ‘special’ box on the discerning buyer’s wish-list, some of which are featured inside this magazine.
“Nearly 90% of all properties are found online so first impressions and digital profiling is absolutely key. Professional and eye catching photographs are essential as are quality property brochures, accurate and clear floor-plans and of course beautiful presentation throughout, once you enter the property”, says Pernilla Tweddle, Head of Marketing at Hunters.
“Exposure in well targeted, high end publications aimed at the right audience will help you maximise your profile and reach more potential buyers; also imperative to help secure the best price for your home”.
With a national network, Hunters can ensure that rural farmhouses are picked up by London and inner city buyers looking for a country retreat and executive apartments hit the inboxes of those looking for a city pad.
The Danson Road area is a sought after part of South Bexleyheath and North Bexley with a mixture of properties ranging from £400,000 up to six figure sums. Andy J Greene is Franchise Partner at Hunters in Bexleyheath & Welling and comments, “We know our high end area well and what our customers are looking for. We work out a bespoke marketing package to suit each customer and each property - driving the right buyers and landlords to the door”.
At Hunters Marylebone branch in central London, average property prices are in the region of £1.2 million for an average two bed apartment and from £2.5 million for a four bed house. Matthew Fine, Franchise Partner says “Marylebone is considered the property capital city of the world where investors and holiday home buyers come from all nationalities and nations. Branding here is everything – we are surrounded by the finest eateries and established brands catering for a very exclusive clientele”.
Hunters first opened in Harrogate in 1998, located right in the centre of this elegant and popular town. The branch has recently received a make-over to reflect the essence of the new Hunters Exclusive brand. The inside was revamped with the help of interior designer Natalie Murray-Hurst who chose a neutral palette to create a subtle, timeless backdrop on which to display the striking new branding, a bold feature wall and contemporary LED window displays to highlight the properties in the most effective and elegant way.
“Improved lighting was an integral part of the redesign. I layered accent, task and mood lighting to specific areas of the space and stylish desk lamps were added creating improved lighting on a practical level for the staff whilst the overall general lighting was designed to create a welcoming feel for customers. In addition, by replacing existing display lighting with LED we were able to reduce energy consumption by around 25 per cent.”
London, Berkshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire, Hertfordshire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester are only some of the other locations where Hunters Exclusive is making a name for itself with more and more customers recognising and valuing the exceptional service devoted to their exclusive homes.
