National franchising giant, Hunters, celebrated a double victory at the property industry’s foremost award ceremony, The Negotiator Awards in London on 29th November. The AIM listed estate and lettings agency picked up gold for Marketing Campaign of the Year and silver for 10+ branch Agency of the Year.
Hunters held off challenges from a number of other leading property firms to pick up the highly respected accolades, with the 200+ branch firm receiving particular acclaim from judges for its creative approach in its gold-winning marketing campaigns.
The 2019 campaign was firmly rooted in data-driven insights and was built around significant improvements to its digital offering, particularly in animation, video and social media. It also saw Hunters deliver an industry first Amazon Alexa valuation tool as well as becoming the subject of a Channel 4 TV series “When I Grow Up”, which received credit from across the industry due to its positive portrayal of the world of estate agency. The campaigns have resulted in substantial growth across several key indicators including website visits, online valuation bookings, social media traffic and more.

The evening also saw Hunters scoop silver for the 10+ branch Estate Agency of the Year. It comes against a backdrop of a successful year for Hunters, which has seen them grow their strong franchise network through both organic and acquisitive means and consistency deliver impressive financial results in the face of challenging market conditions.
