Regarding the property market in Kilburn at the end of January 2021, Rightmove said the following:

“Properties in Kilburn had an overall average price of £763,415 over the last year.

The majority of sales in Kilburn during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £607,744. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,176,812, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,705,556.

Overall, sold prices in Kilburn over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 12% up on the 2018 peak of £682,206.”

With respect to the South Hampstead housing market towards the end of January 2021, Rightmove said this;

“Properties in South Hampstead had an overall average price of £1,047,242 over the last year.

The majority of sales in South Hampstead during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £890,432. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,590,383, with semi-detached properties fetching £2,420,000.

Overall, sold prices in South Hampstead over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and 15% up on the 2018 peak of £912,900.”

Looking to move in Mapesbury?

Rightmove said the following about the Mapesbury housing market at the end of January 2021;

“Properties in Mapesbury had an overall average price of £817,484 over the last year.

The majority of sales in Mapesbury during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £574,008. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £1,662,667, with detached properties fetching £1,842,500.

Overall, sold prices in Mapesbury over the last year were 4% down on the previous year and 1% up on the 2016 peak of £808,663.”

As for the housing market in Brondesbury towards the end of January 2021, Rightmove said the following;

“Properties in Brondesbury Park had an overall average price of £1,129,404 over the last year.

The majority of sales in Brondesbury Park during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £587,137. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £1,700,889, with terraced properties fetching £1,722,001.

Overall, sold prices in Brondesbury Park over the last year were 35% up on the previous year and 26% up on the 2018 peak of £899,277.”
