Within this price bracket, you will find quaint properties, likely to be fairly close to the town centre, which come on an unfurnished basis. These family size homes are usually well-presented with modern interiors, and compromise of four good sized bedrooms, one of which may have en-suite facilities, family bathroom and a considerable outside space. There may also be additional features such as utility rooms, double garages and downstairs WC’s. Many properties of this size are situated on popular estates and quiet cul-de-sac’s, making them ideal for families.
