Sue liaises between tenant, landlord and contractor to ensure that all compliance is met and up to date. Sue is a vital part to the lettings management process.

Local area guide

In the heart of the Moorlands Endon is a beautiful village is a true gem. The area has local tennis clubs and cricket clubs (but don’t hold that against us) as well as local football teams and rugby clubs. If you are more of an indoor person then we have the festival park which has the cinema complex and bowling alleys as well as several shops and restaurants.

We also have Rudyard lake with its sailing club and Stanley Pool’s fishing and sailing.

Endon is only 30 minutes away from Alton Towers, the fabulous amusement park. 

The village itself is one of only a few outside Derbyshire which practises the ancient custom of Well dressing. A weekend fair accompanies the dressing of the well at which a local girl is crowned as the Well Dressing Queen. The fair is known for bringing the entire village together which is a rare occasion for most modern villages.

The village has a well-supported cricket club, again adding to a strong feeling of community and its own tennis club.

The Caldon Canal, a branch of the Trent & Mersey Canal, passes around Endon and the village has its own long boat club. Stanley Pool provides an option for sailing and has its own sailing club.

Endon is also 3.6 miles from Rudyard Lake which is a popular day out, offering walking, boating, sailing and fishing for visitors.

Endon is more of a place where people come to live and raise their family but there are always investment opportunities in such a desirable location. For example some of the people want to move into the area but rent initially till they find whereabouts they want to settle or their dream house (which is where we come in obviously).

There have been some newer builds in Baddeley Green and Norton recently which have been very popular with investors and renters.

One of the reasons Endon is so highly sort after is the quality of schooling, the local education consists of three schools. Two junior schools St. Luke's Church of England Primary School, Endon Hall Primary School which are both well respected but also feed Endon High School. Endon High School is one of the best higher education options in the area and features in the good school guide.

This is a truly delightful village within the Staffordshire Moorlands District and sits on the edge of the Peak District. Located 4 miles South West from the market town of Leek and 6 miles North-Northeast of Stoke on Trent.
