With roots stemming back to 1878, the estate agency was founded in 1982 by Phil Stevens and joined the Hunters national estate agency network in October 2014. With in-house RICS Chartered Surveyors, all with at least 30 years of local experience, we provide a range of surveys, probate and insurance valuations and advice on rent reviews and lease renewals.

With considerable experience across the region, our commercial Chartered Surveyors cover many disciplines including sales and lettings of commercial and industrial properties, business sales and acquisition of commercial and industrial properties and developments.

Energy Performance Certificates

Having carried out in excess of 7000 residential and commercial EPC’s in Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire, we provide an efficient, local based service at a reasonable cost.

Auctions

Holding 16 auctions per year, each with 750 lots or more, our traditional methods and professional, friendly approach always attracts a substantial crowd of enthusiastic bidders and resultant happy sellers.

Louth is a popular Georgian market town located at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is an abundance of traditional architecture in the town with an array of Edwardian, Georgian and Victorian homes, whilst in-keeping with the times, a variety of more modern developments and individual high specification properties.

Property prices vary throughout the town with apartments and small terraced houses being available from upwards of £120,000 typical three bedroom semi-detached houses can be purchased anywhere from £210,000 whilst detached four bedroom properties start around £300,000. For the more exclusive properties in the area, prices can be anywhere from £500,000 plus.

Local area guide

Louth is located at the foot of the green and beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), a little gem not fully discovered by the rest of the world.

The town is the heart of a rich agricultural area with wonderful Georgian and Victorian Streets and is highly prized for its award winning butchers, grocers, bakeries and traditional tri-weekly markets, whilst having plenty of restaurants and public houses.

In addition, the thriving town has a theatre, art deco cinema, an abundance of locally owned shops selling all manner of produce, a Health Spa and Leisure Centre and two golf courses whilst just a few miles away are horse riding, gliding, sand racing, fishing and one of the country’s most challenging motor racing circuits, Cadwell Park.

Situated on the very edge of the town is Hubbard's Hills, a pretty valley and superb area of naturally-formed parkland which was given to the town at the beginning of the century. Its riverside setting makes the perfect Lincolnshire picnic location and is ideal for picturesque walks and family days out.
