There is The Pinewoods which is 19 acres of woodland at the centre of the village. The Kinema in the Woods which is situated in the Pinewoods and the only rear projection cinema in the country. The Woodhall Spa Cottage Museum, The National Golf Centre home to 18-hole courses which were voted 20th best course in the world by Today’s Golfer magazine in 2010. The Broadway offers a choice of everything from supermarkets, coffee shops, butchers, newsagents, hardware stores, antique shops, restaurants, hotels and bed and breakfasts, hairdressers and clothing retailers. It also has a chemist, a shoe shop and a post office.
There are two fantastic schools within Woodhall Spa; St Hugh’s School which is a preparatory boarding school and St Andrew's C of E Primary School which caters from nursery age through to 11-year old’s.
Secondary schools are outside Woodhall and include Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School and Banovallum School in Horncastle, and Barnes Wallace Academy in Tattershall.
