Hunters York delivers the UK’s first ever Digital TA6

Hunters York has completed the first Law Society licensed Digital TA6 via Coadjute, the London-based property technology business. 

“The process for using the Digital TA6 was clear and quick and I found it very easy” said Gavin Day, a customer at Hunters who was the first to trial the technology to help with his property sale. 

“My agent sent me a link, there was a lot of information about my property already pre-populated and even though a lot of information is still required, it took barely any time.”

What is a Digital TA6? 

A TA6 Property Information Form is completed by a vendor when they’re selling a house or flat. It’s designed to give the buyer important information on the property.

The Digital TA6, developed through a collaboration with the Law Society, helps to speed up the property transaction. 

This innovation marks a leap forward in the efficiency and accuracy of property transactions, promising to streamline the client and property onboarding, listing, and conveyancing process. It is expected to set a new standard in the industry.

Who is Coadjute?

Coadjute’s digital data solutions have been hailed as a game-changer in the industry. They’ve helped Hunters Estate Agents to access a range of data sources, all at the press of a button. 

Once the relevant data is sourced, it can then be transposed instantly to a range of property documents including PIQ, BASPI or Licensed TA6 and shared with the seller and conveyancer.
