What do I need to do?

Each week we will post a new iconic building from the UK on social media and here on the Hunters Activity Zone. We want you put your best valuation on this property write an amazing property description based on the photographs provided. 

The winner will then be announced live on Facebook. You will then be contacted to arrange delivery of your Amazon Echo Dot and to confirm the chosen charity.

A Hunters Agent has valued the location prior to the competition going live.  The Winner being the nearest to the Hunters Valuation.  In the event of a tie then the Hunters Marketing Team will determine the winner, at their sole discretion, based on the property description.  The reasoning behind the decision will be published alongside the winner. The decision of the adjudicating team will be final.

Competition Specific:

Entrants must state their name, email and full address and contact telephone number.  Entries are limited to one per family/person per week. If under the age of 18, entrants must provide the details of a consenting adult. The closing date for entries is midnight, Sunday 19th April 2020. All qualifying entries must submit a value for the building as well as a property description, and their details in accordance with the terms and conditions.  The terms and conditions can change without notice.  The prize may not be transferred to any other party. In the event the prize is unsuitable there is no cash value or alternative. We will on confirmation of the winner ask for their Charity. The Charity proposed to benefit must have an active Just Giving page.

The winner will be announced each Monday immediately following each closing date via Facebook live, including disclosure of the Hunters valuation.  The winner will be notified by email.
