Our three offices in Epping, Bishop’s Stortford and Saffron Walden are strategically located along the M11 corridor following the natural migration of people moving out of the North London boroughs. Our offices work closely together referring potential buyers and actively promoting properties throughout our region.
We have separate divisions responsible for Residential Sales, Land & New Homes, Residential Lettings, Property Management and Commercial Property so you can be assured that you are working with experts in their field.

Our association with the Hunters national network brings us many of the benefits of a national company whilst still retaining our independence. These benefits include increased investment in technology which allows us to optimise our sales and letting processes, buyer and tenant referrals from the national network of over 200 branches including over 30 in London and better exposure for our properties as we feature our properties on all five of the leading national property portals - Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla, Boomin and OnTheMarket as well as on Hunters’ own award winning website.
Dedicated Marketing Department
We have our own marketing team, supported by a talented team at Hunters’ Head Office, who constantly strive to maximise the exposure of our properties and present them at their very best. We have made investments in industry leading photography and videography equipment and, paired with our experienced personnel, this has allowed us to take our marketing to the next level. Our in house team can now offer our clients professional HDR photography, 4k video and drone photography. Moreover, we can offer expertise in editing and social media distribution with the ability to expose our clients’ properties to thousands of people within the first week of marketing. We also produce regular high quality property magazines to showcase our properties to a wider audience.
We take this issue very seriously and have investigated every route we can take to make sure that everything we do is genuinely as green as possible. For example, we have replaced our fleet of six company-owned cars with electric vehicles, have taken active steps to reduce our use of paper and made sure all of our publications and Sale/Letting boards are recyclable and have signed up to a scheme whereby we will offset an additional 100 tonnes of carbon every year. The scheme, run by Forest Carbon, has planted over seven million trees across the country, in woodlands independently audited and certified under the UK Woodland Carbon Code – the government-backed standard that provides complete assurance about the quality of carbon investment. The trees we have helped plant will not only offset our carbon emissions, but also make a contribution to a wider environmental benefit.
