How often do you see properties like this come to the market?
In our opinion, this is one of the most striking properties we've seen come to the market at this price point. Wouldn't you agree?
Crystal Palace is very popular for its Triangle which is a combination of three roads next to Crystal Palace park that has a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, antique shops, boutique shops and gastro pubs as well as some of the well known high street brands such as Sainsburys and Poundland.
We highly recommend tenants to try Joanna's, Tam Nang Thai and Exhibition Rooms for a nice evening dinner (some of our favourites).
For those that like a cocktail, Embassy Cocktail lounge on the triangle does some great drinks and is split over two floors forming chilled out bar on the first floor and a dance floor on the basement level with another bar and further seating when your feet get tired from waxing the floor with those groovy dance moves!
For those that like green spaces and strolls in a calm environment you'd be pleased to know that Crystal Palace park is an English Heritage Grade II listed park. It is said to be one of the largest parks in South London and one of the most significant parks in Britain.
The park is home to the National Sports Centre, a number of recreational activities and a variety of heritage features. There is lots to enjoy regularly in the park including:
Children's play area
Former boating lake
Crystal Palace Park Dinosaurs
If SE19 doesn't have enough to offer you, Dulwich is accessible via transport in approximately 20 minutes where you can enjoy the vibrancy of its high street eateries and social atmosphere.
