Positioned on Colfe Road known locally for being wide and tree lined, this 3-bedroom TWO RECPTION ROOM, first floor period style maisonette is full of potential.
The property requires updating however it also has direct access to the easterly facing garden (a section of which is private for this flat) via the property’s own internal staircase and back door.
The property also has its own front door from a communal porch making this a private dwelling.
The floor space offers over 900 sq ft which is the size of some 3-bedroom houses locally. There is also access to the loft although we understand the loft doesn’t form part of the lease.
Whilst the property does require cosmetic upgrading there are some things not obvious from the images that buyers will not have to upgrade. As an example:
• The boiler was replaced in March 2018
• The windows are double glazed
Located approximately 0.7 miles from the main hub of Forest Hill offering many cafés and restaurants and recreational facilities. Forest Hill station provides transport via the East London Line with links to many London Stations including London Bridge in Approximately 15 minutes.
The property is also less than a mile from the open space of Blythe Hill fields and it’s panoramic views over Canary Wharf, the City, Kent and Surrey.
