At the rear of the property there is a substantial raised and flagged garden area with ample space for alfresco dining and sunbathing and with some long distance views between Town Head and the Village Hall next door. A substantial stone outbuilding could perhaps be turned into a bar or workshop, and there is a large timber garden shed. A stepped path leads back down to the garage passing the main entrance porch.
