We’ve seen our business grow rapidly since opening our first branch in 1992. We are now one of the UK's largest independent estate agency chains with over 170 branches nationwide. The last 20 years has given us invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency – the growth and penetration of the PC, internet, email, mobile and Social Media, along with the biggest ‘boom and bust’ in both house price and transaction volume.
