My career began at Besley Hill Estate Agents in 1979 at the Kingswood branch. Bristol & West (BWPS) acquired the business in 1986. In 1991 I moved to head up training for BWPS & Hamptons International (HI). In 1993 I was made head of BWPS with the ultimate aim to oversee the successful sale of BWPS and HI. This was successfully achieved with the majority of branches passed into private ownership. I purchased the original Besley Hill network of 5 branches and relaunched as Besley Hill. The business grew to 14 branches across the city. In 2003 the business was successfully franchised. In 2017. The business was sold to Hunters and I now work in partnership with Alli Firks- Matthews running three Hunters branches in Thornbury, Yate and Fishponds. After all these years I am still passionate about selling houses and we pride ourselves on good customer service.
