Charlotte joined the team in January 2017 and has established herself within the team, progressing to Lettings Manager in 2023. Born and raised in York, Charlotte has extensive knowledge of the local area and is committed to achieving the best results for our Landlords. Charlotte’s proactive approach ensures that void periods are kept to a minimum and that your property is earning its full potential. In her spare time she enjoys a beach day with her dog Ronnie, and eating out as much as possible!
