Having now been in the estate agency business for over 15 years, I have mostly enjoyed the social interaction with buyers and sellers while helping there needs to either acheiving the best possible price on selling there property with excellent marketing or assisting buyers on finding the right home for them to relax and enjoy. Transactions can be forever demanding so I feel it is important to ensure that good advice and communication is given to all parties every step of the way, so in these circumstances having the experience really benefits.
