Mark is franchise owner and previous owner of Littlewood Estates. He started his estate agency career over 16 years ago working for a corporate agent and has worked across all areas of Wigan, Warrington, Culcheth, Manchester & Cheshire. Prior to this Mark was a property developer. With years of experience and knowledge under his belt Mark carries out our valuations and is our in house photographer. His favourite part of the job is the variety each day brings. Knowledge of the ever changing property market is paramount to Marks success. He’s also experienced in property and land auctions/valuations.
