Simon co-founded the business in 2012 with Andy. He is also the Managing Director of Wealth Solutions and a qualified Independent Financial Adviser managing over 600 million pounds of client assets, something he is very proud of but also recognise the huge responsibility involved. Simon started his career in Financial Services and property at Nationwide Building Society in 1991 and after a very rewarding time left to follow his entrepreneurial ambitions. Throughout his career one lesson he learnt was to provide exceptional customer service each and every day and to surround yourself with the best talent. Away from the business, Simon is also the director/shareholder for Alvechurch football club where he has overseen their fantastic growth and support to local football at grassroots and youth level. They are most notably known for there most recent FA Cup adventure whereby they got to the 2nd Round only to be unluckily knocked out by Forest Green Rovers of League One.
