Tom is responsible for placing the right tenant into the right property, a task that he thoroughly enjoys and is extremely good at. One of the primary reasons Landlords love using Hunters is that we refuse to place anyone, into anything. We are diligent in choosing the properties and Landlords that we act for and Tom is extremely adept in ensuring that the tenants we place in those properties are of the highest possible caliber. Tom will also act as the first level team for maintenance enquiries.
