Your sale or let board also has a unique QR code which passers-by can scan to see your property advert.

Just like every property is unique, the way landlords manage their tenants is too. That’s why we offer flexible packages so you can choose what works best for your business.
Choose from basic packages which only source tenants through to entirely managing your property portfolio.

Why you should buy in Lee
Lee is in Lewisham borough in the heart of south-east London. It’s got a small community feel with all the benefits of city living, so it’s ideal for families.
In zone 3, Lee has a DLR station and frequent bus service into the city. It’s an excellent location for commuters with services to Charing Cross and London Bridge among others which are less than 15 minutes away. Canary Wharf is also easily accessible via a connection on the DLR at Lewisham. Lee has useful road connections to Essex and Kent, making it well-positioned for weekend walks in the countryside.
For such a small area, Lee has plenty of charm and greenery. Manor House Gardens and Northbrook Park are both fantastic spots to spend a sunny Saturday afternoon with the family as there’s plenty for kids to do.
As well as its proximity to the city, Lee has its own thriving high street with an ample number of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Lee (or Lee Green as it’s sometimes known) is an area in southeast London with good schools and easy access to the centre of the capital.

Canary Wharf is also easily accessible by connecting at Lewisham. Lee has road links to Essex and Kent, making it easy to enjoy a weekend in the countryside.
The area is becoming increasingly popular with families because there are such good schools here. There are several good primary schools, including Baring Primary School, Brindishe Lee School and Cooper’s Lane Primary School. There are also great secondary schools such as Riverston School and Colfe’s School, one of the oldest school’s in London.
Leegate Shopping Centre is soon to be redeveloped as part of the area’s regeneration plans. There are some useful local shops here already, including Argos, Sainsbury’s and Lidl, and good independents like Faction Bookshop and Records (which, as the name suggests, is a music shop). The Flower Shoppe is a popular florist, and onetwofive is a lovely boutique with unique clothing at reasonable prices. Halcyon Books sells new and old items, and Shop WithOut Packaging is a local organic food shop.
Lee has plenty of good bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Luciano’s is a cosy Italian, Caspian Restaurant serves delicious Persian food, and Sim’s Steakhouse serves high-quality meat that’s cooked to perfection. Lee Fish Bar has excellent, freshly cooked fish and chips when you want a takeaway to enjoy at home.
The Lord Northbrook is a popular renovated Victorian pub that hosts weekly quiz nights and acoustic sessions, and The Old Tigers Head is a traditional pub serving up tasty meals made with locally sourced food.
There are plenty of local GP services, pharmacies and dental practices. For other amenities and essentials, there’s the community-run Manor House Library and the local Post Office.
Colfe’s Leisure Centre has a swimming pool, gym, sports like tennis and badminton, and some fitness classes. So plenty of opportunities to get fit.
There are some great local green spaces in the area, which is handy if you have kids. Manor House Gardens is a large park with plenty to enjoy when the weather’s good, such as the lake, playground and café.
Lee is an exciting area with a good community, and with the regeneration plans to enhance the central shopping area, there’ll be even more to enjoy here soon. As central London’s within easy reach, Lee is a fantastic place to live and enjoy a quieter area while having everything that the capital city offers right on your doorstep.
