    Richard Cross

    Director

    Richard plays an active daily role within the company assisting on both sales and lettings. Having started his career in agency over twenty five years ago; Richard is able to put his experience and friendly manner to good use when liaising with all aspects of property. In his spare time Richard enjoys running, playing golf and spending time with his young family.

    Scott Foley

    Branch Manager

    Scott started in the industry back in 1996 and worked for a well-known company in Sidcup, he worked his way up from trainee to manager of that office becoming the youngest manager at 21. During his 20 plus years he has worked in various areas, Bexley borough, central and south west London and even the Cotswolds, giving him a experience in many different markets. During his management career Scott had always focused on brand new offices or those that needed to increase their presence within the area. Scott came back to Hunters at the end of 2019 and is happy to be running the successful Bexleyheath office.

    Helen Easlea

    Sales Manager

    Helen is a local lady and has lived in the area most of her life, she has over 20 years’ experience in the area and assists Scott in the running of the Bexleyheath office. Having been with the company for 6 years Helen has worked in the Abbey Wood, Welling and Bexleyheath offices so has a vast knowledge of all the area we cover.

    Jackie Hawkins

    Senior Sales Negotiator

    Jackie has been with Hunters for 12 years and during that time she had started the Lettings department before returning to her sales roots 4 years ago. Having been in the industry for over 30 years Jackie was please to re-join the sales team and brings with her experience of managing branches for a main High street brand for many years. Jackie’s knowledge of the area is second to none and she often comes across clients that she has helped move on numerous occasions.

    Angela Retberg

    Sales Progressor

    Angela started in Estate Agency in 1995 and worked at the same company Scott started his career, having been a top performing negotiator during her time she went off to have 2 children and returned back to the industry shortly after. Angela left the industry in 2006 and returned to the leisure and tourism industry where she eventually became cabin crew for BA. With all the unrest in 2020 Angela decided to leave BA and Scott approached her to join him once again. She now looks after all the sales and guides clients through the process to exchange and subsequent completion.

    Rhys has 18 years’ experience as an Estate Agent and Letting Agent in and around South East London. Having come into the industry from a military background, Rhys prides himself on building excellent long-term relationships with landlords and vendors alike. Rhys has extensive experience in Buy to Let and enjoys meeting with landlords to discuss their portfolios and offering advice on maximizing their rental income. In his spare time, Rhys enjoys keeping fit as well as travelling and eating out with friends

Local area guide

Welling is a suburban area of South East London within the London Borough of Bexley. Today Welling is a vibrant town with an established and growing town centre with some recently opened larger superstores.

Welling railway station is situated close to Central Avenue and offers rail links to a number of London stations including, London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street. In addition, there are excellent links to Dartford and a number of other towns in the North of Kent.

The edge of Welling is dominated by Danson Park, a favourite attraction for residents and visitors alike.  It offers a wide range of sports and leisure facilities including football pitches, a lawn bowls club, woodland walks, tennis courts, and a number of attractions for children.

Any boating enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that the park has a large boating lake and the accompanying boathouse hosts functions and lessons.  The park is also home to the Grade I listed historical building that is Danson House, a magnificent venue for functions and weddings. Among the many events held at Danson Park are the Danson Festival in July and one of the largest public firework displays for miles around in November.
Welling is also home to its own Football Club, Welling United FC.
