Depending on property style, type, services and in date Checks, this can include or exclude the following which will be discussed by your local branch. EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report – valid for 5 years once completed), PAT test, Legionnaires Risk Assessment, EPC, Smoke alarm expiry date check, Gas Safety, Boiler check (visual inspection), Blind cleat check (visual inspection).
