Harrow is the 12th largest London Borough in terms of geographical area. Harrow was formed in 1934 as an urban district of Middlesex. Harrow is well known for Harrow School, a prestigious boys’ public school, attended by seven future Prime Ministers including Winston Churchill.
The Medieval Church of St Mary’s in Harrow on The Hill is Harrow’s most famous landmark, it is now over 917 years old. It is also one of London’s oldest surviving medieval structures
