Hunters Supports Local Food Banks via the Trussell Trust

Throughout January and February 2021, several Hunters branches are supporting their local food banks. During 2020, we helped hundreds of local charities in our 200+ areas of the country and feel that this year, the fight to end hunger in the UK is a priority, and we want to help. 

How are we supporting local food banks? 

The branches that are participating in this initiative will donate £50 to their local food bank for every instruction in January and February. What that means is if you choose to sell or let with a participating office, we will donate on your behalf, when your sale completes or when your tenants move in.*

There is, as always, no obligation to choose Hunters when receiving a valuation. 

Who are we supporting? 

Several food banks across the country. Below is a full list of offices taking part and the food bank they are supporting in 2021.

Terms and Conditions

• This Offer is provided by Hunters Property Group Limited (HPG) of Apollo House, Eboracum Way, York, YO31 7RE.
• This Offer is only available to persons over the age of 18 and who sign a contract with one of our Participating Branches.  This Offer is not available to persons already under contract with one of our Participating Branches.
• No Sale-No Charge offers relate to our commission on the sale and do not apply to any supplementary items such as professional photography, additional advertising or enhanced promotion on property websites. Where such additional items are to be charged this will be detailed in writing. No refunds can be made after payment has been processed.
• Sales: All sales instructions must be signed by February 28th to be eligible, and corresponding property must complete before donating £50
• Lettings: Properties must be instructed on a fully-managed basis to be eligible. Not eligible on tenant-find or accounts solution properties. Properties must move through to move-in. 
• Payment: Food banks will receive donations no later than 1st January 2022.
