A former office building has been converted into a beautiful new apartment complex – complete with a restaurant and luxury penthouses.
And it’s set to be finished this year.
Located in the heart of Sutton Coldfield, it features a total of 63 new apartments, and even a small office suite.
That includes 12 penthouses, which boast sensational views over the town. They’re sure to attract a lot of interest!
Investors have spent £15 million on this development. They’re clearly confident that Sutton Coldfield is a very appealing place to live.
If you’d like to live here, then you can buy a property for anywhere between £180,000 and £300,000.
The apartments will be unveiled on February 22nd – so you’ll have to wait until then to have a proper look.
Music Festival Given Go-Ahead
The local council has approved plans for a popular music festival to return to Sutton Coldfield in 2019.
Concerts in the Park, due to take place in the summer, will have a budget of around £65,000. Organisers will look to host a fun-filled event suitable for all audiences.
The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra will headline the weekend-long event on Saturday June 29th.
On Sunday, the annual Cultural Family Fun Day will take place and will feature an Alice in Wonderland theme. It is, naturally, designed for a younger audience.
The event is very popular amongst residents of Sutton Coldfield, hence it being held again. We reckon this one will be around for years to come.
