Alan Bell serves as the Listing Manager, working across both our Carlisle and Annan offices. He joined the team in 2016, bringing with him a strong background in hospitality. Alan is known for his exceptional customer service and effective communication, consistently ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support. His meticulous attention to detail sets him apart in his role, ensuring every property he handles is presented to the highest standard. From adjusting décor to managing the finer elements of a property’s presentation, Alan is dedicated to ensuring every listing makes a lasting impression. Residing in Carlisle with family ties in South West Scotland, Alan has an in-depth knowledge of the local area, which enables him to provide invaluable insights to clients. Outside of work, Alan is passionate about travel and is on a mission to explore the world, one holiday at a time.
