Amy Swailes joined our team in 2016 and is now our Senior Lettings Property Manager, based within our lettings department where she expertly covers all things lettings throughout Cumbria & South West Scotland. With a strong passion for delivering a personalized, friendly, and professional customer experience, Amy goes above and beyond to ensure her clients’ needs are met with the utmost care and attention. Before transitioning into property management, Amy built a solid foundation in the customer-facing travel industry. Her extensive experience in customer service, combined with her natural communication skills, has made her an invaluable asset in leading our team. Outside of work, Amy enjoys time with her young family and their dog, Milo.
