Charlotte joined the team in January 2017 and has established herself within the company working her way up through each role, progressing to Lettings Manager in 2023. Born and raised in York, Charlotte has extensive knowledge of the local area and the Renters Rights Legislation changes and is committed to achieving the best results for our Landlords. Charlotte’s proactive approach ensures that your property is earning its full potential. In her spare time she enjoys a beach day with her dog Ronnie, Reformer Pilates and Paddle boarding.
