Chas is the owner and managing director of Hunters Reading. Property has been his passion for over 20 years now and his excitement and motivation for the industry is the same now as it was when he first started. Chas has been an investor in Reading since 2005, particularly specialising in the HMO market. He has experience in most sectors of the property market from renting to renovations having worked on projects for his own properties but also assisting landlords and vendors in their properties. The experience gained through the years, has helped Chas to be in a position to offer guidance and help both new and experienced vendors or landlords through the ever changing legislation and market conditions surrounding property.
