Kim is a Local Valuer but started out as a sales negotiator in 2005 in the busy Carlisle office. After learning the ropes by arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and all the related processes, Kim moved on to be a valuer in her local area and then managed our Penrith location. Having lived in Cumbria all her life, Kim knows the area like the back of her hand and loves helping people in all situations to do what is best for them. Kim loves nothing more than seeing a property she has listed being ‘sale’ or ‘let’ agreed knowing she has helped that customer move on, whichever way their lives are going. In her spare time Kim loves spending time with her friends and family and enjoys working out in the local gym.
