Serena joined the business in June 2008 and has worked in both the Crookes & Woodseats offices. She gained a great deal of experience in the country’s fast moving property market and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. She then moved down to the Hillsborough office when it opened in May 2016. Serena really enjoys the challenges that her job brings and she loves being part of a family operated business working alongside experienced colleagues. Her aim is to provide outstanding customer service at all times and to make sure that staff do their very best for clients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and her favourite holiday destinations are Mexico, Venice and Dubai.
