Summary of Position:
Undertaking all aspects of a property transaction from beginning to end, whilst undertaking the duties of a sales negotiator, including executing valuations for your clients, listing and selling their properties, and progressing the sales through to completion.
The role requires the individual build strong relationships with customers whilst working to set sales targets.
This requires working individually and as part of a team but able to manage own workload.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Self-generate valuations, booking them in line with company standards.
- Attend the valuation appointments to secure the listing.
- Cross sell financial services and conveyancing to vendors
- Demonstrate a valuation conversion rate at a minimum % to be agreed
- Respond promptly for requests from portals for valuations.
- Have a robust system to chase valuations not listed and listings lost to other agents.
- Canvass for new instructions
- Complete all compliance checks and paperwork for vendors.
- Write the brochure and send to client for approval.
- Match new instructions via Alto, calling hot buyers first.
- Conduct all viewings on your own stock.
- Call viewings for feedback and pass this promptly onto your vendors.
- Maintain regular marketing reviews with your clients, reviewing price if necessary.
- Regularly update the listings on the portals (change photos or descriptions to freshen up stock)
- Take and negotiate offers.
- Complete AML checks on buyers
- Refer buyers to FS and Conveyancing partners
- Issue MOS to all parties
- Progress the sale, working with mortgage providers and conveyancers to ensure transactions go through as quickly as possible.
- Keep all parties updated.
- Handover keys at completion
- Secure google reviews from buyers or sellers at relevant points in the transaction.
- Register applicants thoroughly
- To cover and manage ongoing client files in the event of an absence of colleagues.
- Any ad hoc requests made by senior management.

Training & Qualifications
- 3 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Hunters Academy Training endorsed by Propertymark (ARLA and NAEA) will be provided
