We are currently looking for a full time Lettings Negotiator to join our high performing branch in Manchester. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients and work at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with day-to-day general enquiries from customers both face to face and over the telephone
Actioning website and Rightmove/Zoopla/On the Market enquiries
Proactively manage own applicants and mailing list to generate viewings
Conduct accompanied viewings with prospective tenants in highly professional manner
Receiving and processing applications through to move in
Prospecting and canvassing to secure new business
Selling appropriate insurances/protection to Landlords and Tenants
Maximise income through third party suppliers
Achieve sales targets and assist others in achievement of targets towards the teams’ goals
Responding to property maintenance reports and ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner
Completing inventories, mid tenancy property visits and check out inspections.
The role will include working Saturdays on a rota basis, typically 1 in 4.
What we’re looking for:
· A full driving license with access to own transport is essential to this role
· A customer driven individual with a passion to exceed expectations
· Ability to build positive rapport with customers and win their trust
· Able to show excellent organisation and efficiency skills
· Comfortable in achieving and exceeding set KPI targets
· Excellent attention to detail
· An outgoing, positive, and bubbly personality!

Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
