I recently let my Property through Hunters Chadwell Heath. My primary point of contact was Bilal who provided an exceptional service. He kept us fully informed throughout the process, and his vast knowledge and experience of the property sector was clear to see. This allowed us to market the property at the correct price and we are extremely happy to have our new tenants in place. The entire process from start to finish was handled with the utmost professionalism by the entire team at Hunters Chadwell Heath

Mr Divyesh B

Contacted Rasik at Hunters to put our property on the rental market. The whole process was dealt with professionally and went super smooth. Rasik came the very next day to take pictures and the property was on the market the same day. Within a matter of hours they had potential tenants lined up for viewings and they conducted these very efficiently. Within 5 days they had the tenants thoroughly checked and vetted. Would highly recommend the services of Rasik and his team at Hunters.

Mr Harry B

I had a very pleasant experience with Devinder who helped me sell my property. He exceeded my expectations when it came to selling and helped me understand the market. I was able to sell my property for the right price and Devinder looked after everything for me (it was our first time selling). My husband and I am extremely happy with the service we received. Thank you Hunters and thank you Devinder!

Mr Ravi B

The average property price is £400,000 to £450,000, with rental yields being achieved ranging from 5% to 7%. The typical buyers in the local area vary between young families seeking to get on the property ladder, families upsizing and buy-to-let investors seeking an investment opportunity. With a local hospital, tenants drawn to the area have a variation of jobs which include doctors, nurses and other roles held within with medical field. Over the years we have also noticed an increase in the number of construction workers moving into the area, primarily driven by the increase in local development opportunities.

Chadwell Heath caters a diverse clientele, appealing to an array of individual requirements, which includes but isn't limited to, those who are price conscious, desire convenient transport links and distinct property characteristics. All of which makes the local area highly attractive, to say the least.
