When being taken for my viewing, it was such a miserable day so it was already not the best way to start the day but from the service I received it completely changed my attitude for the rest of the day. I had a young gentleman called Levander; first of all, he was punctual (which is more than I can say for the estate agency I had previously used). Came across very well, so helpful and couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. Answered everything no hesitation and gave the extra mile with customer service, wasn’t too pushy and was honest. Would definitely recommend this agency and wish I had found it sooner!Ms G, Shoreditch
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Lavender who helped me instantly with a few problems I was having within my property. Very polite and professional. Thank you Lavander! Will definitely be recommending to family, friends & clients. Keep up the good work! :)Ms P, Shoreditch

Originally part of Middlesex, as of 1889, Shoreditch is now part of London's beloved East End. There are different stories about the origins of the name "Shoreditch", the most romantic (though sadly untrue) is that this famous area of London is the burial site of Jane Shore, one of Edward IV's mistresses.
Shoreditch is now regarded as a haven for art and culture lovers with a range of properties available on and off of the water. For land lovers prices start at just above £230,000 for studio properties and range up to the £4Million mark for gorgeous historic properties to buy. Renters can look to pay anywhere from £600pcm for a room in a shared property and £30,000pcm for an open plan 5 bedroomed penthouse with only the finest city views. With great transport links to other areas of London, as well as out of the city entirely, Shoreditch is the perfect location for anyone looking to experience the London arts scene at its best!
For the food lovers out there, Brick Lane is home to the best Salt Beef bagel in London, but two different bagel emporiums compete for the title of the best bagel! Fortunately both are open 24 hours a day, so you'll have plenty of time to try both. If buffalo wings are more your thing, then a visit to The Orange Buffalo is in order, and for coffee lovers the Rough Trade (which is also a musical paradise) is only a 3 minute walk away. Or, if you're craving bright colours, fresh scents and Instagram worthy boutiques, look no further than the Columbia Road Flower Market.
With an array of beautiful shops and boutiques, you're certain to find trinkets you love, or if you fancy a spot of photography or want to fill a vase or three, the many flower stalls are perfect to browse through. If you want to explore more of the colourful history of the area, try visiting the Geffrye Museum which specialises in textiles and furnishings, or go immerse yourself in the mix of blockbusters and independent films showing at the Richmix Cinema.
Shoreditch is the home of some incredible street art, and it's impossible to give recommended locations, because it changes so frequently! Wander round the area and you'll stumble across new and different creations every few weeks. This is one of the best locations to see work from undiscovered gems, be amongst the first to view it by visiting, or living in this thriving London hub.
When you've settled in, if you fancy trying something entirely new, Shoreditch is also the home of the National Centre for Circus Arts, with a variety of day courses and longer programmes in a variety of skills, you're sure to find something you'll adore doing. There are courses are available for all ages, so there's no excuse not to get involved!
