What you’ll do:
As a Property Manager at Hunters, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and clients are delighted. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:
- Customer Liaison: You’ll be the go-to person for existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded.
- Property Inspections: Organise and conduct internal property inspections within specified timelines, providing valuable feedback to clients.
- Efficient Reporting: Produce landlord reports promptly, within 3 days of inspection, keeping our clients well-informed.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventories are ready 24 hours before move-in and oversee timely tenant signoffs.
- Maintenance oversight: Advise and manage maintenance issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Relationship building: Develop strong relationships with contractors, ensuring they align with our standards and policies.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Organise estimates and repairs as needed, keeping clients updated and budgets in check.
- Gas Safety Compliance: Maintain gas safety maintenance files, ensuring timely certificate renewals.
- Administrative Excellence: Keep our daily administrative systems running smoothly and maintain records to the highest professional standards.
- Cost Efficiency: Operate within approved budgets and policies, authorising contractor invoices for payment.
- Business Generation: Identify and target potential clients and investors in the property industry. Developing and maintaining strong relationships
