Hunters Estate Agents and Letting Agents Beverley opened its doors in August 2014. Our open plan office is a relaxed environment for which buyers, sellers and tenants alike can come and sample the array of properties we showcase in Beverley and the surrounding villages.
Beverley is a beautiful Georgian market town and has a lot of stunning architecture and typical house values in the town range from £70,000 to £300,000 for apartments to family homes, with the average house price for a three bedroom semi being in the region of £170,000. Due to the diversity of properties in Beverley, it is not uncommon to see properties for sale in excess of £1 million.
There is a large demand for rental properties in the Beverley area too. With industry booming in and around the town, we can see two, three and four bedroom houses coming to the rental market and being snapped up within a week or two. Our tenants and landlords receive the highest of quality service from our professionally trained team, with no issue being too big or too small.

Beverley will not disappoint, it’s packed with historic buildings, famous for: the Minster, Beverley race course and many great shops and restaurants.
The town always seems to have events on and has a very busy feel on a daily basis, Wednesdays and Saturdays being market days.
Molescroft and the roads around the Minster have typically been the popular areas to buy, but, with the national builders current developing galore, we can see the boundaries changing in the near future.
Beverley has always been a town of great architecture and natural beauty, the town has a very cosmopolitan feel with some fantastic shops, restaurants, schools, footpaths, cycle paths and transport links. This makes a popular town and is one of the reasons why I am lucky to work here and have an office right opposite one of Beverley’s iconic landmarks, St Mary’s Church.
