Some of the property issues have been less than straight forward but Aidan and his staff have always found a solution and given their full support. Every member of the team has always been positive and obliging and I can’t thank them enough for their support over the years. I highly recommend their services on every level.

Ms Helen H

From the first meeting to the tenant moving into my apartment, the whole process was efficient, professional and friendly. Words cannot do justice to the fabulous service I received and all at a competitive cost. Thank you all, the service was absolutely wonderful.

Mr Richard L

Best estate agency we have ever dealt with. Aidan gave excellent all-round service while selling my parents' house. All staff were friendly and courteous; they kept us well-informed about the progress of the sale, and Aidan in particular went out of his way to help us to handle the practicalities of selling a house at a distance.

Mr Simon T

Excellent experience with buying and selling through Aidan and his team - very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the properties and areas. Went the extra mile to help get the completion on time. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been in the industry for 20 years working for several of Bradford’s local estate agents until opening my own agency in 2012. I am a member of both NAEA and ARLA along with sitting on the executive committee of the Bradford & District Estate Agents Association, having been President in 2018 and re-elected in 2019. Nichola Hartley

    Office Manager

I have worked in the industry now for 14 years, previously at another local family business. My passion is lettings, I thrive on how fast paced the market is. Having to keep up to date and learn the many constant changes in legislation certainly keeps me on my toes. Outside of work I enjoy taking long walks and eating out at different restaurants.
