Hunters were able to sell my house twice within days (chain fell through on the first sale hence needed to go on the market twice). The market value was realistic and allowed me to secure the property I wanted by ensuring a quick sale. Friendly , helpful staff. If you are in a chain I would definitely recommend them as speed and timing is critical. God luck!

Beverley's excellent service and helpful manner is something I personally rely on and has been the reason I have stayed with Hunters for such a period of time. In addition I would like to mention Jayne Parton who has been very helpful and provided a very good personable service.

  • kiran - MTT.jpg

    Kiran Mullings

    Lettings Negotiator

I was born and bred in the City of Birmingham and have lived in almost every part of it! After completing my studies in Law, I decided Property Law was my least favourite subject and I didn’t see myself in the industry. In 2016, I was saving for my wedding abroad and needed a new job; a temporary role as a lettings negotiator came up in Sutton Coldfield and knowing the area so well, I thought I’d take the opportunity. It’s been almost four years since I took that leap and I can honestly say I have grown a passion for the industry and love providing customer satisfaction to both landlords and tenants who I am blessed to wok with. I am also a trustee of a registered charity and I enjoy serving the community of Birmingham, especially in the area of homelessness.
