Lettings Manager, Sharon McEvoy joined the business in 2013 and she has fantastic local knowledge.

Here’s why you should speak to Sharon:

"I will always go above and beyond for my clients.

I consider myself a good person with passion for people and the industry.

I love the thrill of finding a Landlord a perfect property as a new investment or finding the tenant a new home and agreeing the deal.

I know my demographic of both Landlords and Tenants and who is looking in the area at any given time and for what reason.

I can spot property and market trends whether that is changing of the cream/beige to white/grey colour schemes or the areas where Landlords are getting the best yields.

Most of all I believe that my teams and I will give the best and most thorough service with honest feedback and recommendations to ensure you are in the best hands."

Hunters were able to sell my house twice within days (chain fell through on the first sale hence needed to go on the market twice). The market value was realistic and allowed me to secure the property I wanted by ensuring a quick sale. Friendly , helpful staff. If you are in a chain I would definitely recommend them as speed and timing is critical. God luck!

In addition I would like to mention Jayne Parton who has been very helpful and provided a very good personable service.
