Stanstead Abbotts

Hunters Stanstead Abbotts

Situated in the picturesque riverside village of Stanstead Abbotts in Hertfordshire, located approximately five miles from the county town of Hertford, we opened our High Street office in 2004 and quickly established ourselves with an unrivalled reputation as one of the leading property agents in the area specialising in the letting and management of properties along the A10 corridor from Cheshunt to Puckeridge, including the Market towns of Hoddesdon, Ware and Hertford plus the surrounding Villages.

In 2009 we expanded into the property sales market, particularly specialising  in Buy to Let and in doing so have helped many clients to increase their portfolio’s or to realise a return on their investments.

2015 has seen our transition to Hunters Estate Agents Stanstead Abbotts and the exciting prospect of offering our clients the proposition of dealing with one of the UK’s leading Estate Agents groups consisting of over 150 branches nationwide, the majority of which are independently owned like ourselves.

With average house prices in the local area currently at around £380,000 and one bedroom apartments in Stanstead Abbotts typically starting from about £175,000 there is a large demand for property in the Village due in part to St Margarets Station which can get you into Liverpool Street within 40 minutes.  There is also a great need for good rented accommodation from tenants which means that there are great investment opportunities for landlords offering good “Yields” and capital growth.

We have a dedicated team of staff that can help you with any of your property related requirements from renting or buying your first home, purchasing investment properties right through to the sale of large village & country homes.

We also believe in working closely with other property professionals and as such have established strong links with a range of 'mortgage brokers' to provide our clients with totally independent financial advice.

We are members of the Ombudsman of Estate Agents (TPO) and the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) which means that we are committed to the highest standards of professionalism and are registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) for the security of our tenants and landlords.

With a growing portfolio of properties in the Hertfordshire area I would only use Hunters Stanstead Abbotts to market them and recommend you do the same.

Graham Daniels - Landlord - GD Flooring

I have used other agents in the past to manage my properties but have found Adrian and Karen at Hunters Stanstead Abbotts to be the best and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
