Lettings Accounts Assistant


We are looking for a full time lettings accounts assistant to work within our busy and successful York office.

The successful candidate will have some previous experience in a customer service role. Lettings experience would be advantageous but not necessary.

Responsibilities will include; central administration support for Lettings Accounts including registering payments into the system; reconciling accounts; registering deposits; liaising with customers and colleagues on the telephone; some typing and data input, filing and collation of documents.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in accuracy and achieving deadlines.  There is a high degree of customer interface so people skills are important as is the ability to build relationships at all levels and meet customers high service expectations.
