Lettings Accounts Assistant
York, North Yorkshire
We are looking for a full time Lettings Accounts Assistant to work within our busy central office in Apollo House in York.
The successful candidate will have some previous experience in a support or administrative role and be an excellent communicator as this role involves a high degree of customer interaction over the telephone.
Previous Accounts experience is not required, however the right candidate will be able to demonstrate high level of accuracy and achieving deadlines.
Key responsibilities for this role involve:
- central administration support for Lettings Accounts including registering payments into the system
- reconciling accounts
- registering deposits
- liaising with customers and colleagues on the telephone
- some typing and data input
- filing and collation of documents.
