Branch Manager

Ashley joined the Hunters Turner Evans Stevens Grimsby branch in October 2017, bringing with her 18 years experience in Estate Agency. As Branch Manager she knows how important excellent customer service is and always aims to achieve the highest reputation, as an honest and trustworthy estate agent. Ashley particularly enjoys building a great relationship with vendors and purchasers alike and is always mindful of the fact that it is important to keep them in the loop of market conditions and sales updates. Having been local to the area all her working life she has a huge knowledge of Grimsby, Cleethorpes and surrounding villages, which is of great help when chatting to customers who live out of town. Ashley is extremely proud of her close knit team, here at Grimsby, as they are always willing to go that extra mile.

Julie joined the Hunters Turner Evans Stevens team in 2019 bring with her a wealth of experience in varying roles throughout her career. She thoroughly enjoys helping our customers find their perfect home. Julie’s role, here at Grimsby, is very varied including arranging EPC’s and floorplans, the preparation of brochures to enable your property to look just right on the internet portals where this attention to detail gets you more “views”. She is passionate about customer care offering excellent service whether it be taking general enquiries within the office or attending viewings and valuations.
Coreana Sate

Sales Valuer

Coreana has worked in the property industry for 14 years, starting in residential letting before joining the Louth branch of Hunters Turner Evans Stevens in 2010. She then worked from the Mablethorpe branch, solely working in sales, giving her the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge in the process of selling and purchasing a property. After a short career break for maternity leave, she returned to work, taking her current post as a Valuer here at the Grimsby branch. Coreana believes in professional, honest and open advice providing a friendly and flexible approach to both vendors and purchasers alike.
Jenna Marshall

Lettings Admin/Negotiator

Jenna joined our close knit team, here at Hunters Turner Evans Stevens, mid 2019 as a Lettings Negotiator. She has many years of experience in the customer service industry therefore transferring this skill set to our Grimsby office. She enjoys the fast pace of the lettings market and is extremely passionate about her role, safeguarding our Landlord’s property investments and the tenants wellbeing. Jenna prides herself with her friendly and approachable manner and is always more than happy to help.
