Hunters Turner Evans Stevens in Skegness has its origins dating back around 100 years and it has been trading from the current office since 1959.

Being former school premises, the extensive accommodation incorporates a 60 metre frontage with windows that permit every property for sale to be displayed both internally and externally. Within the building is an auction chattels saleroom from where regular monthly sales take place. Having a main road position just 200 metres from the town centre, our office is easily accessible and also provides customer car parking.

Hunters Skegness have a large selection of properties available from holiday chalets and second homes, through the first time buyer range to the higher price bracket and exclusive homes in the sought after residential areas.

For a home on the coast or inland in the villages of the Fens and close to the Wolds, the Hunters Skegness office is able to meet all requirements.

Local area guide

We are passionate about Skegness because it’s a great place to live, whether you are retired, working or bringing up a family.  We have big blue skies, endless fine sandy beaches, nature reserves, and the picturesque Lincolnshire Wolds and historic market towns are all within easy driving distance.

Property prices are very reasonable and we have good train and bus links.  The coastal villages have provided popular for retirement for decades.  For families, schools and colleges rate well and Leisure and Tourism are amongst the major employers, plus new retail and industrial development continues to grow.

Most people have heard of “The Jolly Fisherman”, our famous Clock Tower and of course we still have a wonderful Pier, all dating from Victorian days when coastal holidays started.  Then came Butlins and caravan holidays grew in popularity.  

Entertainment for locals and visitors is now very varied with the Embassy Theatre, Museums, The Lifeboat Station, Natureland plus the Skatepark and a new Aquarium, fishing lakes, two superb golf course (one championship Links course), amusement parks, carnival parades, watersports, the4 SO Festival, Stock Car racing and beach events which include volleyball and motocross bikes etc

The resident population is 19,000 and increasing significantly in the summer months.
